As a free service to our buyers, Throckmorton Fine Art, Inc will wrap and ship purchased lots for shipment within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges for destinations outside the contiguous United States will be assessed and presented to the buyer after the sale is confirmed. Before bidding on any property, bidders are strongly advised to make independent inquiries regarding the license requirements for export of their purchase(s) outside of the United States, or to import it into another country. The procurement of the necessary licenses or permits needed to comply with all import and export laws are the responsibility of the buyer. The denial of any such license or permit or any delay in obtaining such documentation will not justify the cancellation of the sale or any delay in making full payment for the lot.
