The pictured work is an excellent example of the skillful jade work from this period. It is rendered in a partially translucent green nephrite with black streaking. It has an irregular angled haft and a blade that slightly widens and flares at its mouth. The shape of this jade is complemented by a handle decorated with side protrusions and serrations of different lengths and shapes. Similar zhang have been found throughout Sichuan province and elsewhere. THIS ITEM IS INELIGIBLE FOR FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
